5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products in their original condition. Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
